Teen-friendly Live Workshop for White Families Who Are Ready To Stand For Justice and Fairness And Educate Their Family On Prejudice, Bigotry, and Racism. This is a loving and accepting space for all to come and participate in a learning experience.

In this Live Workshop, we take one of the most important topics in our history and provide guidance on how families can help in the process of breaking down the walls of inequity and injustice.

Here is what you will learn:

• How to leverage your privilege as a white citizen to make an impact

• Learn the distinction between prejudice, bigotry, and racism

• Learn the mindset of white supremacy and how we collectively act out of those mindsets

• Learn how to identify your own unconscious cultural biases

• How to parent culturally sensitive student leaders

• How to create connection with POC

• How to create a loving and accepting space

• Things to avoid and risks you can take to help overcome systemic racism

• What to do when survival anxiety gets in the way

• Learn how to become aware of conscious and unconscious micro-aggressions, stereotypes, and prejudices that further exacerbate the system of racism in our country

Brought to you by a woman of color, motivational speaker, and trainer. Tamrah Barber is also the founder of Extreme Teen Leaders, Inc. where we create student leaders committed to love, acceptance, and having every teen get their significance.

Extreme Teen Leaders, Inc. is a community based Non-profit organization. All proceeds from this workshop will be used to create scholarships for XTL360 Online Student Leaders. One registration per family unit.
